Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am currently only offering virtual sessions.
What’s in a virtual session? All that you need is an exercise mat, and a computer that can run Zoom videoconferencing software. If you have additional Pilates props or equipment at home, we can use those too! See below for tips on setting up your space.
Virtual Session Rates
- 1 session – $60
- 5 sessions – $275 ($55 each)
- 10 sessions – $500 ($50 each)
If you are curious about virtual training, ask me about a complimentary introductory session!
Setting up for a virtual session
Camera View: Your computer camera should be set up such that I can see your whole body in the frame. You may need to try a couple of different angles and ways to prop up your computer. I use a sturdy music stand that works great because I can raise it up or down and also change the tilt.
Lighting: your computer camera should be between you and your light source. Daylight is the best light source and often just being near a window is all you need. Make sure there are no bright light sources behind you.
Sound: make sure your computer is not so far away that you can’t hear the sound well. If you have bluetooth headsets that you are comfortable using that can be helpful, but it’s not necessary.
Don’t worry if there is stuff in the background. Most of us don’t have big open studio spaces in our homes. Just try to find a space where you have enough room to do the exercises.
